Note: It may take up to 10 minutes for the app to sync and appear on your watch.
<aside> 💡 Because we capture high-fidelity biometric data (heart rate, heart rate variability, movement, and motion transitions), our app is resource-intensive. It is expected to utilize approximately 35-40% of your Apple Watch battery overnight. This trade-off allows us to prioritize extreme data accuracy.

To ensure a seamless, distraction-free experience with accurate tracking, please configure the following each night:
<aside> ⌚ To get the best results from your watch app, please make sure your setup is correctly configured before going to sleep:
→ Charge your Apple Watch to around 75% every night
→ Turn Always-On Display OFF (to reduce screen glare during the night)
→ Enable Silent Mode
→ Activate Sleep Focus / Sleep Mode
This setup ensures accurate tracking, better battery stability overnight, and a distraction-free experience while you sleep.
